About This Project
Our first step toward lasting change
This is where Moosa Trust UK began — with a simple goal: fund one water well for one community. £500 was raised from family and community donations, and the full amount has been donated to commission a branded Moosa Trust UK water well in Sri Lanka.
The well is being delivered through Benefit Mankind, an established charity with experience and infrastructure on the ground. As a new trust, we work with established organisations like this to leverage their expertise and economies of scale — ensuring your donations are delivered effectively and efficiently. As we grow and build our own knowledge, we hope to deliver projects directly in the future, insha'Allah.
Once the well is complete, this page will be updated with photographs, location details, and a full impact report showing exactly how your generosity translated into clean water for real families.
